Rigidity
The High Moment PX-S Pneumatic Gripper's one piece extruded aluminum body and high torque linear bearing rail offer increased rigidity.

Multiple Mounting Options
Air ports on sides and mounting surfaces offer application flexibility. Jaw mounting surface and robot mounting surface are identical to that of the PX-1250 series.

Triple Sealed to Withstand Harsh Environments
A sealed uni-body along with linear bearing blocks and hardened piston shafts, fitted with industrial scrapers and wipers, keep debris from entering the PX-S High Moment Pneumatic Gripper.

Multiple Sensing Options
Aluminum piston heads are fitted with magnetic rings for sensing flexibility. Uni-body extrusion provides sensing T-slots for mounting a variety of sensors. The T-slots accommodate below-surface mounting to help ensure high sensor reliability.

Maintenance Free
Lube-for-life helix technology combined with sealed body assures years of trouble-free operation from your PX-S High Moment Pneumatic Gripper.

Field Repairability
Should a repair be necessary, most components of RAD's High Moment PX-S Pneumatic Gripper can be replaced or repaired in the field to minimize downtime.

 

NOTE: Pneumatic grippers are used on robots, robotic arms, linear actuators, pick & place machines, and other automated equipment.
