RAD's UltiBurr™ 630 Compliant Deburring Tool has a super quiet 0.88 hp (0.66 kW) motor that runs quietly and smoothly at a low 67 dba.

Dynamic Variability
The cutting force of the UltiBurr™ 630 Compliant Deburring Tool is pneumatically controlled using a regulator and your robot's logic and valve system. By using a programmable air regulator, the deburring tool can be easily adjusted to increase the cutting force in areas having larger burrs or where more material must be removed.

Practicality
RAD's UltiBurr™ 630 Compliant Deburring Tool uses standard 1/4" bits for convenience and cost effectiveness. Bits should be rated for use with a 40,000+ RPM operation.

Durability
RAD's UltiBurr™ 630 Compliant Deburring Tool utilizes a turbine type air motor with hybrid ceramic bearings for lasting durability.

Versatility
RAD's UltiBurr™ 630 Compliant Deburring Tool is rear or side mountable to robot* (standard is rear mount).

The UltiBurr™ 630 Compliant Deburring Tool uses clean air to power its turbine motor so it doesn't require regular maintenance or oiling like vane type motors.
