To maximize machine uptime, spare parts are available for most RAD end-effector products so the units can be repaired in the field.

Product model number (found on product identification label).

Specific part needed, if possible. (You may be able to identify the part needed by referring to the exploded view of the unit provided in the original product documentation. RAD can fax or e-mail you the exploded view of your particular product if requested.)
Most of RAD's end-effectors can also be used on linear actuators, pick & place machines, and other automated equipment.
