Air Motor - Options

 
The following options are available to optimize the Compliant Deburring Tool for your particular application:
 
Motor Options
RAD's Compliant Deburring Tools can be fitted with either an air motor or Electric Motor based on your application needs. If you have a motor requirement othre than what is listed on our specifications page , please consult RAD for available options.
 
Filter Regulator Lubricator
A Filter Regulator Lubricator (FRL) is required to ensure your Compliant Deburring Tool receives the filtered and oiled air recommended for maximum motor life.
 
Burs
RAD does not supply Burs for our Deburring Tool models; however, please see our Partners for purchasing information.
 
Collets
Custom collet sizes are available upon request (1/4” or 6mm collet is standard).
 
Custom Adapter Plates
Custom adapter plates are available upon request.
 
Collision Sensors
RAD's Collision Sensors can be used in conjunction with the Compliant Deburring Tool. In the event of a collision, a Collision Sensor will stop the system and protect your valuable tooling.
 
Robotic Tool Changers
Automatic Robotic Tool Changers allow you to maximize the productivity of your robot by enabling it to perform multiple operations without human intervention.
 
RAD Compliant Deburring Tools can be used on robot arms, cartesian robots, linear actuators, CNC holders, gantry systems, and other automated equipment or can be pedestal mounted. This flexibility gives you the option of having your automated system bring the Deburring Tool to the part or the part to the Deburring Tool.
